At first look these new
Vans designed by photographer Mark "Cobra Snake" Hunter look like they feature some kind of abstract blend of patterns and colors. But if you look closely you'll discover that these kicks were actually inspired by a cheeseburger. Yep, a cheeseburger. Now I'm not one for sneakers or clothing inspired by your everyday cuisine so I was a bit thrown aback by the whole cheeseburger thing, but regardless of what they're inspired by these Vans are still kind of fly.
After giving these Vans a good look I have to admit that the sesame seed pattern on the very front of the sneaker is kind of a dead giveaway when it comes to the burger inspiration. But thankfully the cheeseburger theme doesn't come across as being too obvious or cheesy (no pun intended). The Cobra Snake Vans, which is a collaboration with French boutique Colette, will be available starting March 1st at
Colette.
