Cassidy Drops “Apply Pressure 2” Mixtape, Wack Rappers Run (Listen & Download) Posted by Nathan S. on 02/05/10 | Filed under Downloads, Mixtapes, Cassidy

If feel like there's a lot of folks out there who hear the name Cassidy and think, "oh yeah, that dude who did 'Hotel'", but that radio hit is the exception, not the rule, when it comes to rhymes from one of Philly's finest rappers. A high-caliber emcee with a poison pen, Cassidy built his reputation as a battle rapper, sharpening mic skills that are on full display on his new mixtape "Apply Pressure 2". So whether you've never really given Cassidy a fair shot (be honest), or you're a hardcore fan, I highly recommend checking out the project.

Oh, and just in case you're also doubting his battle skills, watch him take out Freeway here.
