So I've got good news and I've got bad news. The bad news? Unlike I first hoped, B.o.B.'s new freestyle "Welcome to the Jungle" isn't over the instrumental to Guns 'N Roses classic, which would have been fucking amazing. Instead it's over Kanye's "WTT" beat, which is still cool, but not Guns 'N Roses cool.
The good news is that means Bobby Ray is back to rapping. Not only did he let go of "Jungle" today, which is nice in its own right, he also recently dropped a brand new cut "Epic", also featuring Playboy Tre and Meek Mill, that's HAM. I'm fine with B.o.B.'s more pop-oriented work, I'd rather have him in the top ten than Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj, but goddamn does it feel good to hear the man just get back to rapping. Lost in all his mega-crossover success is the fact that he can really rhyme. I need about 47 more versions of "Epic" in my headphones stat.
