Big K.R.I.T. is the Next “American Rapstar” (Listen & Download)

(Yep, this art work is dope. Props to Eric Bailey.)

Y'all know I usually write more than this, but right now I'm trying to simultaneously pack for SXSW and make sure all the artists playing our showcase have the Evian water and green-only M&Ms they demand in their dressing rooms. So instead I'll just say that Big K.R.I.T.'s new release, "American Rapstar" is excellent. In fact, it's the best I've heard yet of his upcoming album.

"Returnof4Eva" is on the way next week. Goddamn I can't wait to hear that shit.

Oh, and did I mention that Krizza's playing the showcase? If you're in Austin stop by. We'll kick it, have a few drinks, snort some lines of blow off a hookers vagina, whatever .
