In case you were out enjoying the real world and missed out on what was going on in the wonderful world of Twitter yesterday let me fill you in. Apparently, the internets got hold of what’s an extremely dumb phenomenon called “planking.” What is planking you ask? Well, according to Gizmodo.com planking involves putting “your body face down to the ground (or table, or object, or anything) with your arms to the side.” Exciting, right? The somewhat entertaining part comes in when people get their plank on in unusual settings like on top of two camels or between the overhead baggage compartments on an airplane. Well, Twitter went crazy with the planking pictures last night and you know the Hip-Hop community had to join in on the fun.
