Fails of the Week: Tyga Gets Caged, Tip Drill Retires, Kreayshawn Poos & MorePosted by Nathan S. on 02/25/12 | Filed under Top Stories, Features, Fails of the Week |

It’s one thing to not clear a 1 second vocal sample on one track, it’s another to not clear an extended speech from Martin Luther King on the opening track of your debut album.
It’s hard to describe how big of a fuck up this is - the term “fuck up” doesn’t really even cover it. Best Buy, Target and other major retailers began pulling Tyga’s major label debut “Careless World” the day before it was scheduled to drop over concerns surrounding the failed sample clearance.
Really whoever the fuck at Cash Money was in change of this album? Really? This is the equivalent of someone at a Ford factory forgetting to install brakes on a car - but hey, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that a label ostensibly run by these guys doesn’t have it’s shit together. The real miracle is that they ever release albums at all.
Each week we will send you a recap of our top stories, downloads, and videos.
