What You Should’ve Rocked: The Album Listening Party

So your contact for one of today’s most talked about up and coming artists came through and you’ve been placed on the guest list to cover an exclusive album listening session/party. But you have absolutely no clue what to wear. Styling yourself for this particular type of event can be tricky, but luckily RefinedHype.com has you covered (yet again).
Type Of Event: The Exclusive Album Listening Party
What NOT To Wear: Anything that screams “I DO NOT care.” If you were lucky enough to be invited to anything labeled “exclusive” don’t show up looking like you just hit up Target’s clearance section.
What To Wear: Keep it professional, but fun. And at the same time don’t over do either of the two. Professional doesn’t necessarily mean you have to rock a three-piece suit and fun doesn’t mean rocking your “Jesus Is My Homeboy” t-shirt along with your trucker hat (both of which are sooo 2003).
Where To Wear It: Unfortunately, this is one of those events where you kinda have to be in “the know” to know when these type of events go down. Fortunately, all of RefinedHype's readers are in the know.
