The Perfect Formula The Goodness EP Mixtape Cover

Stay with me now, it's really not that complicated. A few months back Las Vegas duo Marion Write and DJ Finyl, collectively known as The Perfect Formula, dropped their unceasingly dope EP, "The Goodness". Now they're preparing to release an instrumental version of the EP, but before they do they're going back to their original name, The Greater Good, and putting out bonus cut "I Tried to be Humble (Pt. 2)", featuring their Flo Deep crew mates and RefinedHype regulars Nique and Radio Ramone. Get all that?

For those not scoring at home, don't sweat it. All you really have to do is press play and the music will speak for itself. From that darkly banging beat from Finyl to some old school quality flows from Write, Nique and Radio Ramone this one gets my full co-sign, for whatever that's worth (not much). If you're digging this be sure to cop The Goodness EP (Instrumental), dropping right here on Tuesday, May 31.

(Oh, and who can place that "tried being humble" sample? Pretty sure it's the Clipse, what track?)
