In the lead up to Slaughterhouse's "On the House" mixtape there were rumors of an Eminem feature. The tape came around and lo and behold no Em...until tonight when "Throw That" surfaced as an official single. I'm gonna take that to mean someone said, "Fuck that, we're not giving away a Slaughterhouse and Eminem track away for free. Y'all need to take that shit off the mixtape asap."

Anyway, whatever the back story, we now have a new Slaughterhouse cut with a moderately hilarious hook (and no verse) from their Shady Records boss. No one's getting their minds blown by "Throw That", I couldn't see it making its way onto an album, but for a loose promo single, I'll take it. At the very least that T-Minus beat is enjoy.

So yeah, pretty moderate praise, but I think I'm calling it like it is. Hopefully "welcome to: Our House" will have some of those Slaughterhouse x Eminem collaborations we're all dreaming of. But until then, enjoy, or not.
