Rapsody Serves Rap Fiends “Out Tha Truck” (Listen & Download)

I know the rap heads still kind of hate me for posting that "Racks" extended remix, as well they should, so let me make it up to you o purveyors of the real beats and rhymes. My apology comes in the form of Rapsody's latest, "Out Tha Truck" which, if you don't like, frankly you don't actually like hip-hop.

On the real, this is the closest to some real '90s shit that I've heard in a minute (a fitting topic consider XXL's list). That DJ Premier sounding beat was actually done by in-house producer, AMP, and good lordy lordy does Rapsody go in. Ever since the mothership worked with the 9th Wonder protege on her "Return of the B-Girl" album I've been telling anyone who will listen how fucking dope she is, and it sounds like I won't be stopping anytime soon. No word yet on a release date for her upcoming "Thank H.E.R. Later" album, but trust that I'll let you know. According to the woman herself, "Thank H.E.R." drops June 21. Mark your calendars.
