I love tracks like this because they enable me to be really, really lazy. Former Little Brother member Phonte just dropped a new cut, prod. by also-former Little Brother member 9th Wonder, that also features Dilated Peoples member Evidence and Who Needs a Group When Your This Dope member Big K.R.I.T. Do I really need to say that "The Life of Kings" is dope? Do I really?

Ok, fine, I'll write a little bit more, but only because otherwise I'll feel like a completely lazy bum. Um....that beat is exactly the kind of soulful, laid back affair we've come to expect from 9th, Phonte's verse is subtely wild styled and Evidence and Krizza kill it (especially K.R.I.T.), all of which I'm guessing you already assumed. See, I really didn't need to write anything.

If this joint has you feeling like a king (hooray for bad puns!) be sure to cop both Phonte's ("Charity Starts at Home") and Evidence's ("Cats & Dogs") albums when they drop on September 27. As for K.R.I.T.'s Def Jam debut, that's now officially a 2012 situation.
