Pop Star Nicki Minaj Returns To Rapping On The Highly Aggressive “Roman Reloaded” (Listen)

"Nicki pop? The only thing that's pop is my endorsement opp." [Insert .gif of rosy-cheeked children giggling merrily here] I swear that line is a direct response to this story. I'm no Hip-Hop psychic, but I really had a strong feeling that Nicki Minaj was going to release a song like this. And by "this" I mean a "let me angrily show you 'haters' that I'm not the pop star I so desperately yearn to be" kind of song. It's great that Nicki Minaj can still embrace her seemingly forgotten Hip-Hop side, but switching from Britney Spears to Remy Ma is only going to confuse your fans. I mean how are your biggest fans, Sophia Grace and Rosie supposed to perform "Roman Reloaded" on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show?"

Despite her music genre schizophrenia I have to give Nicki Minaj her props on "Roman Reloaded," she does go in. She's purely rapping on this track and doing it kind of well plus there's no switching between accents or any other unwanted antics. Joining Nicki on "Roman Reloaded" is Lil Wayne who is also a bit on the clever side on this track. Since this song goes so hard I'm pretty sure Nicki Minaj's next song will feature Katy Perry and/or Taylor Swift.
