Although they grew up only blocks away from each other in Atlanta, it took joining the U.S. Navy for emcees B-Boi and B-Town to meet. Once their time in the service was up they joined forced to become Mullage, a southern-fried duo that are now preparing the world for their debut album with the Don Cannon (“Cannon…cannon…”) mixtape, “Elevators”, an inventively dope work featuring appearances by T.I., Wyclef Jean, Akon and more.
I’m being told that this isn’t officially a “mixtape” it’s a “pre-album”, which is why I’ve been using the term “mixalbum” for a while now (more than mixtape, less than an album, it’s a mixalbum). Regardless of the label it’s quality hip-hop. Enjoy.
