Mobb Deep & Alchemist’s “Waterboarding” Is Far From Torturous (Listen & Download)

"Waterboarding" isn't what I expected at all from an Alchemist-produced Mobb Deep song. The beat sounds like something that would fit perfectly on a MF Doom album. Regardless the song is still pretty dope and it's nice hearing Mobb Deep rap over a beat that's a little out of the norm for them.

Although the beat caught me off guard it really is Hip-Hop perfection. I don't know how else to describe it. I'm not even mad at the constant sound of dripping water. I am a little mad at Havoc kicking his verse off with his own version of Rick Ross' "B.M.F." hook though. But with a beat this banging on a song featuring one of Hip-Hop's most iconic duos something like that can easily be overlooked.
