Possible Maybe First “Carter IV” Single “Show Em What You Got” Leaks! (Listen & Download)

I've been down this road before. A song from a major artist leaks, everyone freaks the f**k out and then a week later it's revealed that the song was done seven years ago...and it's not finished....and it was actually done by the artist's twin brother. So, with that warning in mind, it's the first single from "Carter IV"!!! Ah!!! Everyone download "Show Em What You Got"!!!!

Actually, there's absolutely no reason to get that excited. None. In typical single fashion Lil Wayne's latest creation is aimed at the ladies - think T.I.'s "Whatever You Want" only not nearly as good - but unless you're one of those aforementioned ladies and you don't have particularly good taste in music (so you're probably not on RefinedHype) I can't imagine this will earn a spot on your iPod.

Still, "Carter IV" drops soon-ish!!! Let the insane hype begin!!!!!!! (Note: I just checked and yes, this the most exclamation points I've ever used in an article. So I've got that going for me.)

UPDATE: I don't want to say I told you so, but.....turns out this is an old track off some random mixtape, not "Carter IV". And you wonder why I'm so cynical.

Daryl Gardner	I don't enjoy music like this, i.e music which isn't very good, but the women are going to LOVE it. Then the remix will follow ft. Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj, interwebs go crazy, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everywhere. It should be called Tha Carter !V.

Young Mo Fo	I didn't like it, and I sat through the whole thing. If this is his first single for Carter 4, he started on the wrong foot with me. I actually liked a few tracks on C3, hopefully C4 ends up the same way.

x20nickel	I don't see Lil Wayne putting anything with autotune on C4. I think he's done with it unless it's for a feature verse. Just by listening to it, it sounds like pre-jail Wayne.
