I’m Back Suckas!

Not actually Nathan's baby
I know the last two weeks without me have been tough. Every morning you undoubtedly woke up, realized that for yet another day you wouldn't be granted the privilege of reading my brilliantly brilliant prose, and immediately started popping Prozac like Tic Tacs to ward off the looming depression. For that I am sorry. I guess it's true what they say; once you go Nathan S. you can never go back. (That would have been much cooler if it rhymed).

First and foremost, I need to come clean with the adoring public and my loyal sponsors. As you may have read, my colleague, homeboy and all-around Renaissance man Richard wrote that I was taking a leave of absence to welcome a new addition to my family, and by extension the RefinedHype family. It burdens me to say this, but that is a lie. In fact, I have been in a secret Florida sex rehab clinic for the past two weeks. Recently my wife discovered that I had engaged in multiple orgies with Chilli's waitresses - orgies which I am now deeply, though not entirely, ashamed of - and began to beat me severely about the head and shoulders with my laptop. After fleeing my home and crashing into a nearby tree, I decided that the only way to save my marriage was to seek treatment, which I am now pursuing with gusto (if you catch my drift). I've let my family, fans and most importantly, the children who looked up to me down, and for that I apologize.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. Actually, on April 14 my wife and I did welcome a baby girl into the world (Paloma Maria, 5 pounds 15 ounces) and for the past two weeks I've been spending time with the family; time that's mostly alternated between staring in wonder at the beautiful human being we created, and being peed on. Hey, welcome to parenthood. For those how care - and I know that's not a lot of folks - I'm now officially back on my grind! So dope rappers, send new music to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) . Hell, the baby's got me feeling generous. Wack rappers, you can send your stuff in too! It's a celebration bitches!

Oh, and huge, huge props to the rest of the RefinedHype family that filled in so incredibly in my absence. In all sincerity, thank you.
