Freddie Gibbs and Krayzie Bone could rap along to the My Little Pony jingle and there's a good chance that whatever they're dropping would still be immensely dope. Thankfully though, Freddie Gibbs opts for production from Atlanta beatmakers SMKA on his new record "Kush Cloud" and the end result is a banger that both potheads and those who D.A.R.E. To Be Different can enjoy.

I'm sure we all saw the video footage of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rocking out at Rock The Bells last month, but I really didn't expect Krayzie Bone to go in this hard on "Kush Cloud." It's like he hasn't lost a step since the group was in their prime in the 90's. Now I wasn't terribly familiar with SpaceGhostPurrp prior to hearing Gibbs' record and while I thought his verse was decent would it be terribly a**hole-ish of me to say that I would have preferred another verse from Krayzie Bone instead?

"Kush Cloud" will be featured on Gibbs' "Baby Face Killa" album when it's released via iTunes and DJBooth on September 25.
