Back when Drake's "9 AM in Dallas" freestyle leaked a couple weeks ago I decided to pass; Drake fever was crazy enough already without posting every random freestyle that came my way, even if it was pretty dope. Well now that "9 AM in Dallas" has resurfaced in high-quality form as a bonus track to Drake's "Thank Me Later" I thought we might as well give it some feature shine. The haters are going to hate, it's what they do, but the truth is any emcee who can flow like this for nearly four straight minutes deserves some respect, and Drake is that emcee. Deal with it.

And as part of my campaign to take back the term "freestyle", how exactly is this a freestyle? You know it's pre-written, and fuck, as an iTunes track it's not even technically free. It may not be that Blackberry flow, but still...

Closing note: How long until Affion Crockett does a "3:22 PM in Boise" parody? I've got the over/under at 3 days.
