Dominique Larue Takes Us Back to “Fall ‘96” (Listen & Download)

There may not be a better feeling in the world (besides a mind blowing orgasm) than hearing a track by a previously unknown artist and absolutely falling in love with it. Well, that's exactly the experience I had this morning when Dominique Larue's new track "Fall '96" landed in my inbox. Larue, an Ohio native, has teamed up with producer Ghost Rydah for an ode to a time when hip-hop was at its peak - at least in my lifetime.

"Fall '96" samples Minnie Riperton's "Inside My Love" and is a leak from Larue's forthcoming new mixtape project "End Of Regulation", presented in partnership with Dub MD and Clockwise Ent., due to drop on November 19. I don't want to overhype this track, but for me it's reminiscent of Common's "I User to Love H.E.R." Seriously, I'm digging this track.
