Common Goes in “Raw”. So, How You Like It? (Listen & Download)

As we continue to build the definitive track by track breakdown of Common's upcoming album "The Dreamer, The Believer," the Chi-Town legend steps right back into the fray with new release "Raw (How You Like It)", a cut that's about as swagged out and "Go!"-esque as you're going to hear Com get. Turns out I was only half-joking with that headline.

I can't front, I'm complete rap nerd geeked for this album to come out. Once again No I.D. delivers some absolutely stellar production that rides the line between classic hip-hop banger, club joint and experimental jazz, while Common Sense delivers more of the punchlines and lyricism you love him for. How many people will catch that Stella x Paul McCartney reference? What about the Lord Finesse reference? Not many, props to you if you do.

Do I like it "Raw"? Yes, yes I do. (But only in the musical sense. Wrap it up folks - babies are no joke.)
